well made, gets the job done

Overall this is a great T handle set. Has all the bits you need for most jobs, with the longer bits allowing you to get into hard to reach spots. Well made and has a good weight to it. Would recommend for sure, but not necessarily a "must have" tool set since a lot of these bits are common in other kits

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Double your screwing power, but expensive

I bought this to deal with some stuck screws in a lawnmower I'm getting ready for spring. The screws are sunk at the bottom of long shaft so it's hard to reach them, and the long-shank screwdrivers I tried to use couldn't give me enough torque to twist out the factor-tightened screws. I bought this because it had long torx bits that were long enough to do the job. The handle is designed so that you can grip it in a way that will let you really push down and twist on a screw in a way that works a lot better than a regular screwdriver. It succeed on 4 of the 6 screws. The hex-tip bits will fit into an impact driver, and this was able to knock loose the remaining stuck screws. After this experience, here are my thoughts: 1. The bits are intended for manual use and work great with this T-handle tool or even a regular multibit screwdriver. The torx bit I used with my DeWalt driver was still serviceable, but I noticed some rounding off of corners after using it only a few times with the power tool. 2. The handle (I think) will double your "turning power" compared to a regular screwdriver. Compared to a drill driver or impact driver, this is low torque, but this tool could be useful when dealing with repair jobs requiring some delicacy (e.g., engine repairs). 3. The tool is well made. The "chuck" used to hold the bits is strong and the ratchet feels sturdy when you're using it. You don't have to worry about brushing your hand against the switch and have the ratchet go in neutral or reverse direction, a problem I've had with some ratcheting screwdrivers. 4. If you an impact driver (cordless or air) you can probably skip this tool and spend the money for long bits designed for that tool. Unless your a mechanic or if you have problems holding a regular screwdriver (e.g., arthritis) then this tool is optional for most homeowners.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
