I really like this set bought it about 4 years ago except for 1 minor issue my 3/8 drive ratchet stopped spinning and my ratchet screwdriver only spins one way now

Awesome socket set for home and car repairs

I bought this socket set on sale to replace my 1st socket set, a cheap Fixman hand tools set. It is such an incredible upgrade. The tools looked really cool and still are. The case is so snug after so many years I still have to pry out the small sockets in order to use them. No chance to misplace or lose any piece from the case. It has stood up to all my expectations and did good on almost every job that could be tackled with the sockets and ratchet wrenches: from assembling furnitures to changing car battery, engine oil and wheels or some DIY home projects and other light car maintenance and repairs. Since nothing lasts forever, after time and use, a few parts broke. So at some point, I had to deal with Stanley Support for sockets and accessories warranty replacements. To my surprise, It was easier than dealing with the store clerks. The brand name lives up to its reputation. So overall, I have great experience with Stanley.

I have been very pleased with my set due to easy reading on the sockets. And it is a set that has every socket not leaving any out. As I have seen in other name brand kits I am proud to say that I only have Stanley Tools

A: This set should not be used as an impact set. The bits sockets cannot handle the torque. If you are looking for an impact set, you should consider product number 58-1228, 119pc Impact Set.
