Need extra straps to hold the bikes properly.

The strap to hold the bikes seems insufficient. The bike jumped out of his plastic rack and scratched my car' trunk. The plastic support holding the bikes moved out of his original location to come closer to my trunk (the support is not fixed adequately to the frame.
