A: Yes, this system is perfect for leisure play for adults. The recommend basketball size for women is size 6 (28.5”), but feel free to use any sized basketball.

A: Yes the basketball system is suitable for a 13 year old. The backboard on this system raises and lowers the rim from 8 feet high to 10 feet in 4 inch increments. If your 13 year old is female, she should be using a size 6 basketball or 28.5 inches, if he is male, he should be using a size 7 or 29.5 inch basketball.
