Backboard Broke

Had this unit for less than 24 months. My 11 year old son took a normal jump shot and it shattered the backboard. Go with Spaulding or another high end brand.
I could not find anywhere to get replacement parts.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Net is tilted… disappointing

Net is sturdy and easily adjustable, good material. Biggest issue it the backboard and rim are tilted despite correct installation. It looks like some of the the holes are not quite drilled correctly. Disappointing after paying this much for the net and spending maybe 4-5 hours to install. Unfortunately would not recommend this product.

Q: Can this unit be placed on the grass at the edge of a driveway? Also, can the unit roll on the grass, if needed to be moved?

A: Yes it can be placed in the grass but it will be harder to roll in the grass with water inside. Also, I advise to put couple of 20kg sandbags to prevent it from tipping over the cars.

Q: What is overall height at the lowest setting? I know it goes to 7.5’ to the rim, from what I can gather, but I’m trying to confirm the overall lowest height with the backboard to make sure it fits in my garage before purchasing

A: 9'&9.5" from the top of the backboard to the ground when you set the height to 7.5'.

A: It does wiggle but it clearly states not hang on the rim so I don’t. I placed large rocks on the base as water will leak out at one point. I had Canadian tire install it. That I wouldn’t recommend.
