Half of the Lights Not Working.

I bought 16 lights approx a year ago, but half of these lights are not working. Changed batteries, but seems to be something wrong with day/night sensor because the lights remain on during daytime and are not charging battery.

They provide a starburst of ambient light and add a magical aura to my garden.
I bought two sets in 2013 and one more this year. There is a switch which you have to flick to the on position before you assemble them to put outside. In the fall just switch them to the off position to store them.
The only drawback I found was the stakes which go into the ground. They are not very strong and snap if you should happen to accidentally touch them with a grass trimmer or such. I just cut up some bamboo plant stakes, drove them into the ground and slid the light shaft on them. This works perfectly.
The lights themselves deserve 5 stars and the stakes 1. I definitely love these lights.

I purchased these last year and they are great. Put them back in the ground this weekend and didn't even take out the batteries over the long winter and 7/8 turned on.

Nice looking and bright but they do not work!

We bought 3 sets of 4 lights 12 lights in total. They are really nice looking lights, very bright and looked great in the garden. In 3 weeks 6 out of the 12 stopped working. We returned them and got working ones with no problems but were concerned that they would not last. We returned them all and got a more durable product.
