Q: How is the building anchored? What sort of foundation is required?

A: Hello, Thank you for your question. We recommend the concrete slab should be at least 4"(10,2 cm) thick. It must be level and flat to provide good support for the frame. For poured concrete slab, Use 1/4" x 2" (6 mm x 51 mm) Lag Screws. It is important that the entire fl oor frame be anchored after the building is erected. Q: What gauge is the steel and is it finished: painted, dipped, or powder coated?

A: Hello Michael, The Everest is made strong and is made with tough Galvalume steel that's aluminum, zinc and silicone plated for exceptional corrosion resistance. The unit features a wind and snow load rating, a stylish premium paint textured finish, and is expandable up to 100 feet long. The gauge of the steel used for the paneling is approximately 27 gauge and the gauge of the steel used on the framing varies from 25 gauge to 27 gauge. Q: Is it possible to install a 240 volts outlet and an ev charger in this garage?

A: Hello, We do not recommend it as it hasn't been tested on our end. We advise having a contractor or someone who specializes in electrical before moving forward. A: Hello, Yes, the Sojag Everest is manufactured to accept a garage door opener. There isn't a set brand we recommend as there are lots of different openers available that can work with the Garage.
