A Great Purchase!

Having an opportunity to use the SodaStream at a cottage, we fell in love with it and had to purchase one for our own home use. It was extremely easy to set up. Unpack it from the box, install the enclosed CO2 cartridge in the back and you're all ready to go. The sparkling water was really refreshing on its own and truly helped to beat the heat, or you can add different flavouring syrups to change things up. A great purchase!

Q: Just purchased. attempted my first bottle. When I removed my bottle I could still hear air hissing. Tried press the button was not able to get it to stop removed the CO2. I then attempted again, nothing seam to make it stop. Could it be defected.

A: Most likely defective valve in the cannister....it happened to me and I returned it to the store for a new gas cannister, and the problem went away. At first we thought it was the machine itself.

Q: Bought this sodastream back in the summer and was very happy with it until recently. It is now spraying water everywhere and the co2 is coming in short and hard bursts. What is the reason for this? I never had a problem before like this and now I do.
