I cannot say enough about

I cannot say enough about the gracious handling of our problem. We had purchased 6 pint bottles five of which had glue failures of the large white cap on the bottoms of the bottles. With photos and discussions of the problem our Soda Sream rep replaced them immediately. We are so grateful for the efficient, timely and courteous resolution of this problem. Thank you.

Wrong bottle

I bought new bottles for our Sodastream machine. The website doesn’t have any information on what bottles fit which machine. It wouldn’t have mattered, since the machine has no model number or identifying information on it. (Other than the name) I contacted Sodastream, and they sent these bottles, which they say fit the machine. I guess they do - they are dinky little bottles that are much smaller than the original bottles. I still don’t have any idea about what bottles I need. This is a real failure by the company in supplying information about their product.

Convenient size but. .

The bottle are a great size to carry to meetings or brief outings, but the clear portion of the bottle has fracture marks after one week of usage.

Q: Any idea the height on the bottles? Looking for a soadstream bottle that will fit in my lunch kit.

A: Hello Melody, thank you for your question. The standard 1L bottles are 3.5 inches in width all the way around and standard just shy of 10 inches tall, while the 1L source or fuse bottles are 11 in tall. As far as the 500mL bottles they are 2.5 inches wide and 8 inches tall.
