I used this tile in my kitchen as a back splash! When we got a new refrigerator we had to remove the cabinet above! I then ordered more tile to cove the exposed area!!! It matches perfectly! Love it!❤️

Q: What other adhesive can you use to be sure they stick?

A: You shouldn't need any other adhesive if you "clean the wall properly", and don't touch the sticky backing anywhere around the edge. I have installed this brand of tiles 3 times over the last 7-8 years in 3 different houses and never had a problem. When I have made a mistake and had to remove tiles it always took some of the paint off, thats how well they stick. Don't re-use a tile if you remove it for some reason, it may not stick like new a one, always use a new one. I always clean the wall first with Fantastic, then wipe with damp cloth, then with TSP, then with rubbing alcohol.

Q: Can these tiles be stuck to a piece of plywood that has been painted with a primer?

A: It appears they can be. I would only suggest being sure about the positioning as the adhesive is sticky. We applied over existing tile backsplash but also applied to a small area above the stove directly on painted drywall.
