Q: Flashlight worked when bought but no longer works once plugged in to charge The flashlight worked right out of the package but after I plugged it into charger it will not turn on again. Glows red when in charger but does nothing when trying to turn on while charging or out of charger
12 years agoA: It carries a one year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. We would suggest returning it to your local Canadian Tire store, with your receipt for exchange. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.

Q: How do you charge the flashlight? The instructions show that the light plugs into the 12 volt outlet to charge but it doesn't work.
12 years agoA: The instructions to charge are correct - the light plugs into any 12V power port to charge. You must make sure that there is power to the socket (some cars only have power to the socket when the engine is running) to make sure it will charge. If this does not work please call our customer support line at 1-866-294-9244 for further assistance.
