skyworth tvs are a joke.

purchased a 55" skyworth a couple yrs back. within a year it was demonstrating issues with sound. some days I had to run it full blast to hear it from 8' away. finally one day, a completely separate issue, I turned the tv off and never got a picture again. tried reboot, system reset and every other thing I could find on the net all to no avail. couldn't even access a menu to reference any help files on the tv. now it sits in storage wasting space. hate throwing money away so I think deep down if I wait a couple more yrs to pitch it at least I can say I had it for 5 yrs. never again. will stick to the old reliable RCA.
No, I do not recommend this product.
