Great for gardeners and an addition to your tools

Instead of using the cutting edge on regular pliers, I purchased these to cut different gauges of chicken wire. I make 'home made' fencing and gates/barriers for my dogs as well, low profile barriers for huge vegetable gardens to keep out the rabbits. They will cut through much thicker coated wire as well. Being an inexperienced user of 'snips', I didn't realize to use each one of the 3, for different gauges/thickness of item I was cutting. The downside I found to using these 'snips' is once you use one for the wrong thickness, it leaves a wee nik in the cutting blade, and will not work with a clean cut again, properly. My mistake, so be cautious as to 'what' thickness you are cutting and 'which' of the 3 'snips' you choose to use. Yes very recommended as a purchase for sure!
