Q: can I remove the castor wheels and have off-road castor wheels installed in their place that can be used on grass/gravel/dirt?

a year agoA: The hollow square tube is blocked at the bottom so might be for holding a wheel brush or other tool

Q: Where are the instructions to attach the wheels? I have the same problem as per the last review - I can't get the wheels into the insertion site... there should be onsite instructions for this or at least include it with the product
2 years agoA: Thanks for your inquiry, J Gal. The caster wheels can be installed in the insertion site by pushing firmly by hand or with a rubber mallet. I see in the community answers that you were able to figure out. I'll pass along your note to the production team for future consideration, thanks!
