Spray wand broke after two uses

We bought this last summer. The spray wand got stuck in the ‘on’ position after the first use. The second use, the spray wand fell apart. Trying to find replacement parts has been horrible. Canadian Tire does not sell them and have not yet found it online.

Spray gun broke after 4 uses

I received this as a gift from my wife for Christmas. I didn't use it until the summer time so the 90 day warranty for the spray gun was useless. The first time I used it the holster that holds the gun broke. Other than that it worked fine. The fourth time I used it the spray gun broke. The water comes out at full pressure as soon as you start it and won't stop unless you turn it off. It's very annoying and inconvenient. I'm not paying over $60 for replacement part that shouldn't have broken after 4 uses. Every time I use the machine it annoys me. I won't be buying another Simoniz product, mechanical or cleaning products.

Poor quality - Another failed "consumer" product

Bought in April 2015, used for about 2 hours. In those 2 hours the sprayer handle started to fall apart. Held it together to finish the 2 hour job. Emptied fuel for winter storage in my heated garage. And now, not quite a year later, I pulled it out, checked the oil, added fuel and nothing. No gas making it to the spark plug. Got spark, got air, no fuel. And this engine does not have a prime button so I cannot even try to force it through. I have now had problems with both the consumer grade pieces of expensive yard equipment I have purchased from Canadian Tire. I think I will be buying commercial grade stuff elsewhere going forward.
