Q: What products do i need start to finish to remove light scratches and swirls with my & inch variable speed polisher?

A: Our best product for swirl/scratch removal is Ultimate Compound, product number 39-2809. This can be used by hand or by using a buffer. We recommend that you consult with the buffer's operating manual about how to properly use the buffer on their vehicle. A sanding disc should not be used.

Poor quality, leads to damage to the backing pad

Terrible quality sanding discs' Gum up almost instantly! and they are not 7 in in diameter, they are slightly smaller. Leading to damage to the velcro backing pad. Don't buy

Not 7in, doesn't fit the product it's made for

At 6.5 inches, it's too small for the 7 inch disk. Don't be tempted by the price, just spring for the Mastercraft or maximum 7 inch paper. If you don't belive me, take your Simoniz polisher head in and check: they come in a plastic baggie so it's easy enough to confirm for yourself what I'm saying.

Not much to say with a product like this when it works well. They didn't wear out too quickly and did a pretty good job. I'd usually use a sander for this, but these can attach to a random orbit polisher, which also seems to do the job. Only downside could be the lack of dust collection on the polisher.
