A: Just google it. I have a dirt hound big vacuum 6.5 hp this filter fit it perfectly. Look at the size of your filter compare it. I took a gamble and it worked for me

A: The two Cartridge filters Shop-Vac makes that will have compatibility with some Ridgid brand products are as follows We recommend measuring your old filter to determine the best fit for your vacuum, see approximate filter dimensions listed bellow. (54-0211) Cartridge filter is appx. 9" tall by 6.5" wide (54-0143) Cartridge filter filter is appx. 6.75" tall by 6.5" wide

A: The 54-0143 was the only cartridge style filter designed for the following first generation Mastervac and DirtHound wet/dry vacuum: 54-0005, 54-0010, 54-0012, 54-0019, 54-0048, 54-0060 and 54-0061. For fine dust pick-up with the above mentioned units an additional High efficiency collector bag of the appropriate size should be used. 540212... fits tank size 18-30L High efficiency collector bag. 540214... fits tank size 37-53L High efficiency collector bag. 540213... fits tank size 56-83L High efficiency collector bag.
