ShelterLogic ShelterCoat™ Round Portable Storage Garage Shelter w/Double Zipper Doors, 13 x 28 x 10-ft

This was an extremely well designed structure. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly went exactly according to the plans. Every bag of hardware had all parts necessary with extras in most. It exceeded my expectations.😊

I wanted a shelter for my boat, Shelter Logic confirmed the door height for me and after measuring my boat at its tallest point with the canopy up, it would just fit, so I ordered the shelter to my store online. For reference, my boat is a Hewescraft Sportsman 180 on an ez-loader trailer. This shelter is large enough to allow me to have space in front of my boat and behind and on both sides to easily walk around it with the shelter closed. 2 zipper doors make this shelter a drive thru if you want it to be and have the lot space. Full size trucks will fit in this shelter no problem. I just put it up May 29, 2021 so I can't comment on the durability of the canopy but we have almost 24 hour sunlight in the summer here so it will definitely take a beating from UV rays. We'll see how it does, and if damage appears to be happening too quickly I will add a heavy duty tarp over the entire structure to protect the original canopy. I set most of this up myself so it took me all day. There were a lot of parts/pieces but I wasn't missing any and there were a few extra bolts and nuts. The entire thing came in 6 or 7 boxes (I lost track!) that fit into my pickup truck bed. I got the green canopy because it was cheaper. The structure seems sturdy. The instructions were decent but I did have to look at Shelter Logic's installation videos online for a couple of steps. I also purchased the EZ roll up door kits seperatly for each door and that is a must have for a large drive in shelter like this. For the roll up door kit, I decided to install the cleat for the rope high up so that the rope would not catch the canopy of my boat when bringing the boat in and out of the shelter. I've attached pictures of where the instructions say to put the cleat, and where I relocated it to. I am 5'7" and need a step stool to open the zippers on the doors all the way to the top, so I just keep a step stool in the shelter and it also allows me to access the higher relocated cleat. You can zip and unzip the doors from either inside or outside the shelter. You don't realize how large this shelter is until it is assembled on your lot. It gets hot in this shelter. I installed a thermometer so I can monitor the temperature. We haven't had summer weather yet, and it was already hot enough in there to cause the fuel in my boat's gas tank to expand and overflow out of the vent. You can get vent kits seperatly for this shelter. I don't think they would do much in a shelter this large. The truck parked next to this shelter is a 3/4 ton and it is lifted slightly, so the photo will give you an idea of just how big this shelter is compared to my truck. I hope to add a second review once I've had this shelter for at least a year. Please view the 6 photos and read the descriptions with each one for details.

Been up for 26 months - I now have drips inside. Will likely coax another winter by adding another tarp over top. I was hoping for 3 - maybe 4. Not sure if I can get another cover - or for how much.
