Televsion stopped working less then a year in. Would not turn on. Before that hte picture was great. Too bad Canadian Store dcould not repair/ replace. We were given a credit to use at the store.

A: Please ensure that once you are on the correct input (Example HDMI 1), that you go into the setting and change the picture settings - HDMI 2.0 format from standard to enhanced.

Q: Can this tv be used to connect to Disney plus using our home wifi

A: This television uses the VIDAA operating system and currently, Disney + is not a compatible app with this platform. You can still stream Disney + through your computer and connect to your TV via HDMI if you do not have a compatible connected third party device - like a gaming console or firestick.
