The Shark Professional Steam Power Iron heats up quickly and produces steady steam that helps remove wrinkles efficiently, though like many steam irons it needs a short moment to reach full temperature and will cool down when the auto-off safety feature kicks in if left idle.  Its features include an anti-drip system to prevent water leaking at low heat, a spray function to moisten fabrics for easier ironing, pre-set temperature controls for different cloth types, and an automatic shut-off for safety and energy savings.  Maintenance is straightforward: empty the water after use, wipe the soleplate clean, and occasionally run the self-clean or anti-calc routine to keep steam vents clear, which helps the iron perform consistently over time

A: Multi position auto shut-off means it is an iron that shuts off in the upright position, down position, and side position in the event you forget to turn it off, unplug it, or it gets knocked over. it is a great safety feature.
