We like how small it is and easy to store and use. Winding up the cord is a bit of a pain but that is really a first world problem. All in all, a great little machine for our house with minimal carpet.

Love the vacuums , its my 3rd one , my only issue is with alot of use the hoses tend to split apart at the bend into the handle etc.
My other ones still work great despite having to tape the hose.....
