Great features wish they worked as they should

a month ago

Got a replacement for my older shark that bit the dust. Features on this are supposed to be better than my last yet the no go zones are not no goes at all as I have found it in each of the rooms it is not supposed to go to, and the battery life is trash. Only works for about an hour before it needs to recharge my last one would last days without needing recharged and could clean the whole house with battery to spare. Only positive over my old one is this one works some. They do help tremendously on hard floors to keep down dust but you have to make sure the floors are picked up each time you run it and that’s tough with kids and a full time job.

Not worth it

Worked great for a few days, now it constantly throws error messages and doesn’t complete a cleaning task.

Does good cleaning job.

I'm glad I finally purchased this, it was easy to hook to my wifi and I like that phone app as well. Scheduling cleaning is easy and so far all is going well. I didn't realize it talks and sends notifications to my phone when it gets in trouble. I came home one day to find it had tried to suck up my cats toy. It shut off and sent me a notification that it's brush roller was stuck to clean it out. Yesterday I was rearranging and the base wasn't level so it sent a notification it was on a cliff and might fall, level me out. It verbally told me to put the dust bin back in and also sent a notification. It cleans well even cat hair and litter. First mapping session missed the bedroom for some reason but got it on second try. It seems to be well made and is making my life easier cleaning.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Awesome Vacuum! Have 2 cats and this thing loves cat hair and helps keep on top of it. I don't bother with the programming and just hit the "Go" button and let it do its thing. Very sturdy and I have run it on all floors of the house and it hasn't got stuck on anything. If there is any negative, it would be the location of the bin for cleaning. If it was on the other side, I could empty it and leave it charging. Very Happy with this vacuum and hope it runs for a long time.

Q: How do you maintain the filter?

A: For optimal suction power, after each use, clean the filter inside the robot's dust bin. Every time the dust cup is emptied, lightly tap dust and dirt off the filter, then use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove any remaining debris.

A: You can manually press the button on the robot; however, without the app, you will not have access to mapping, scheduled cleaning, as well as other features.
