Shark Lift Around NLS Pod Vacuum

Have several vacs, none of which do stairs easily. They fall over or brush is too big etc. Bought this today at C.T., on sale for $50.00 off not even advertised as on sale. So for $100 I feel it is well worth it. Does carpeted stairs wonderfully well with the rotating pet hair brush - easy to set on stairs without falling over. Longest cord I've had on a vac, ever. Can go from one end of house to other from central wall plug. I noticed some people complain because it isn't a retractable cord. I have 2 vacs already with retractable cords that don't retract anymore and they are a nuisance. Was going to replace my Kenmore canister with a Shark Navigator Lift-away for $350 and then saw this little gem and I thought "no matter how great a canister or upright vac is, the stairs remain a problem, so why buy another one?" This looked perfect and it is. I was walking around all afternoon with the extra long tube, sucking up cobwebs in the cellar and it was easy as pie carrying it with the shoulder strap. I love it. I have a houseful of useless vacs that all still operate but do only a part of the job, some of which are rechargeables, some electric. This isn't meant for thick carpets but fine for runners, low nap carpet. Next, I am buying a robotic vac to do all the things carpet, floors, under beds etc. by itself . Then my life will be complete and hopefull my "vacuuming" back ache will be gone. lol. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I have a four bedroom townhome with carpet stairs and upstairs with laminate everywhere else. This vacuum is SO easy to trek around the house and I can keep my attachments with me. The telescopic handle is convenient for the landing between the stairs, it's super easy to clean, and it's very lightweight. It comes with a shoulder strap, which I use, otherwise the handle is easy to hold for carrying it around the home. The hose stretches comfortably and this is the first vacuum I've owned that I don't have to move form one outlet to another because of the long power cord, telescopic arm, and super-stretchy hose. I tuck it back into the closet and I'm all done!

Great little vac for light duties, so far i've used it on hardwood floors, front entrances and stairs and did very well especially the stairs. Was quite amazed how much dirt & debris the turbo brush picked up from the stairs, all in all so far so good.

The vacuum has excellent suction but the lack of a power brush floor head meant that it didn't suck up all of the pet hair off my carpets. It ended up just pushing some of the hair around. The small hand held turbo brush stopped working after 1 use. It would be excellent for hardwood floors. I would NOT recommend this to anyone with pets!

Bought this vacuum for light pickup and for pet hairs on carpeted stairs. Works great. Well designed and very sturdy. You can convieniently carry your cady of tools with you on the vac. The hose is not the cheap plastic type found in most vacs in this price range but is well bulit. The suction power is pretty good considering the smaller amperage of the motor (4.6 amp). Smaller motor makes it obviously lighter to carry. Comes with wand for floors and for reaching high areas. Very useful for cleaning ceiling lights or fans. The small air power brush works better on stairs for pet hair pickup than my bulit in vac powerbrush because it is small and easy to handle. So far very satisfied with this little versitile vac. Great quality for the price especially when on sale.
