Q: Does this have a wall mount/charging station that needs to be installed?
2 years agoA: It doesn't have a wall mount station, it just stands up by itself and has a regular plug-in charge cord/adaptor.

Q: Shark IZ562HC AI Pet Plus Multi-Surface Cordless Stick Vacuum #043-9463-2 - Says it only comes with a crevice tool. I thought it also came with a dusting brush and a battery. That's the only thing that's stopping me from buying it.
3 years agoA: I bought it week of black friday 350$ ....it is awsome ...does the real job ....a bit noisy but it s ok ...45 mns battery run ...and pet brush accessories+ crevice tool noozle ... all great vacuum!!

Q: I just purchased this vacuum, and the “Odor Neutralizer” stink is awful! I have a headache from just taking the few minutes to set up the vacuum. I’ve ended up putting the disk outside while the battery charges, can I use the vacuum without it?
2 years agoA: You can put it in and put it to fully closed. You cant smell it that way. if whenever you do need to use it you can just slide it over to the smell intensity you like.
