Original post: Wonderful! Patience is required with tomatoes. Followed directions, with extra help from youtube. You must plant them a min of 3" apart from one another! Sowed 5 seeds. Two weeks later, they sprouted. After that, you either need to "thin" them, which means to pull the weaker ones from the soil, or transplant them into their own (5L) container because each plant needs space to grow.. I've thinned mine to only 2 plants (lack of space.) Now that two true-leaves have sprouted, it's time to fertilize. Use fertilizer that is specific to tomatoes, though (less nitrogen, more P and K.) Once they get a little larger, I'll transplant them into their own grow-bags or containers. I use LED grow lights, which need to be between 12-24" above the tip of the plant and left on for 16-18 hrs per day. Hope that helps! Updated 5.5 weeks later: The plant is doing great - in its own container. Flower buds have formed. *This is NOT an incentivized review. I bought it in-store.
