Q: My smart watch started to get hot on my wrist . I removed it but it stayed hot for about an hour. now it's not working at all.

A: I know, same thing happened with me unfortunately... But it's normal it's not working: there's just no more battery in it. Just charge it (if you still have it...) and it should work. If the screen is still off after the charging, press on the screen 5 seconds and it should turn on :)

A: When fully charged, when you are on the time face page of the watch, swipe down, and click on the button with a sun on it. The luminosity level should change :)
