The coated seeds establish turfgrass faster and thicker with the help of ROOT-TRIENTS that nourish new roots as they sprout. Scotts Turf Builder Awesome Custom Grass Seed & Fertilizer is created with a unique blend of 70% Kentucky Bluegrass, 20% Fine Fescue, and 10% Perennial Ryegrass help give you an even, green, soft lawn.
Each seed is treated with ROOT-TRIENTS Organic Coating, for faster, thicker growth vs uncoated seed.

“Awesome” I don’t think so.
Great Grass Seed
Did not germinate.
No, I do not recommend this product.
For best results, this product should be applied when daytime temperatures are consistently above 65℉, making the soil temperatures at least 55℉. In the spring, it takes a lot of consistent warm temperatures to warm up the soil. Cool nighttime temperatures can delay the germination process even if warm enough during the day. Germination should begin in 6-14 days under ideal growing conditions and will take about a month to fully germinate. Both excessive moisture and not enough moisture can inhibit seed germination. Weed control product used on sew seedlings will kill seedlings. Do not apply a weed control that is registered for lawn use until it has been cut at least 3-4 times.
