Great quality sunflower seeds and smaller seeds mixed in. I bought for the cardinal and jays but others enjoy it too, squirrels like some as well. Bit pricey in the container for pouring, but that's what you are partially paying for, the easy to use container. I will keep it and buy a bag next time and refill it.
