Bought it last week and the first time I tried to unplug the connection the same thing happened to me as others the gold prong pulled right off rendering the cord useless

Mine also broke on install

I have two amps in my car. I plugged this cable in to a splitter to run cables to my second amp, had to unplug the cable out of the splitter and the metal coating on the prong on the cable broke off inside my splitter. Now I’m out a set of cables AND my splitter has a piece stuck in it. Hopefully I can get it out easy enough. Very disappointed in the quality though.
