Bought 2 of these on sale even though some reviews were critical of the fact that it was hard to drink while driving. My wife and I normally stop for a drink break so we could unscrew the top for a drink. If you pull up on the white top insert it does let out water without unscrewing the lid.

A: Yes, it comes with two mounting screws that need an allen key in order to be tightened. The allen key was not included but I had a few laying around so it was okay.
