Broke after a year

I bike for leisure on weekends, so I don't put my pedals through daily use but I do go on fairly long rides. After about a year, maybe a little more, I was biking up a fairly large hill and I guess I was putting a lot of torque on the pedals... But anyways, as I was biking the one pedal snapped off my bike and I fell sideways. Never had that happen before! I was able to bike home as there was still a little nub attached to the one side I could put my foot on, but it wasn't a pleasant ride home. So I personally plan to take my chances with another set of pedals, and I wouldn't recommend these ones. They seemed fine until they broke though. And one of my pedals still is attached to the bike. I thankfully had an old spare pedal that was for the side that broke that Ive used temporarily.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I've ridden my bicycle to work with this pedal on it for less than 1 year. It looks like the end caps/bearing seals came off on the way home today. Tiny ball bearings littered the snow. They've probably seen about 1000 km of light to-work-and-back pedaling. The brake pads have lasted longer than these pieces. On the bright side, I had a stub left on the pedal to help me get home.

No, I do not recommend this product.

nice quality and very durable, I put these on my mtb and they haven't broke yet, only dented and bent a little at the ends but I don't take care of them, good quality
