Q: What is the toilet clearance (distance from floor to lowest shelf)? What space is there between the lower shelf and the floor to fit a toiled+water tank. What is the weight capacity of the item? Do you personally find it sturdy or wobbles?

A: The overall dimensions of the 416051 are 68 ¾”h x 25”w x 11 3/8” d. Unfortunately, we do not have dimensions from the floor to the first shelf; however, there are levelers that allow the space saver étagère to be raised slightly.
