Way over performed my expectations, easy to set up and good directions for use for the many, many useful features to investigate my health. Exceptionally low price for the quality of the product. The shape of it and softness of the band is also more comfortable than others I looked at.

Disappointed with battery life

I purchased this and only received it on December 24th. I am so disappointed with its battery life. It is supposed to last up to 13 days but today, December 30, is the 3rd time already that I need to charge it. So far I've done nothing with it other than using it as a watch and checking the odd notification on it. Had I paid full price for it I'd be asking for a refund or replacement.

The watch always disconnect of my phone... I want the Always on display for all the wallpapers. The UI is a little bit old style. The tracking system is very useful and the heart rate sensor is very precise. The battery are not very good too.

Does not work with iOS

Do not be fooled. The product specs list android software but also Samsung's smart system compatibility as supported. Reading this, you may think it should work with iOS 12 or later as part of Samsung’s ecosystem. This is not accurate. I’m not a Samsung user and seeing iOS listed, to me, means it will pair. It will not. It is not intended to. I’m unsure why the specs mentioned iOS at all tbh. The available Samsung apps for iPhone do not support this model and it does require a Samsung phone to be used. The only thing you can do with this watch is see it in the Bluetooth settings of iOS; you can’t get beyond language setup in the Watch’s UI, which is a shame because it is a sleek, lightweight, and really sharp looking little watch.

No, I do not recommend this product.
