Only had the hot tub set up for a couple of weeks and it stopped working, an error code comes up, we have read the instructions, tried everything suggested but no luck.

Great for 1-2 adults, easy to assemble and heats within 48 hours in cooler weather. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it does have trouble keeping temp when you’re using it. Otherwise it’s a great little tub!

Garbage tub NO warranty thru Can tire and when you call Bestway you get denied warranty. Do Not spend your money here or on this garbage tub

I said I would give a review if it lasted 3 seasons, so here it is, as much as I can think of. Before I bought, it said online it lasts approx 3 years. Purchased in June 2021, now it's June 2025. I didn't use it last year though as was away from home too much to maintain it. 1st year setup in June, 2 years setup in April, shut it down for season end of September all years. Bought large box of filters, I still have half left. I read so many bad reviews that make me wonder when its gonna die on me, some saying you cant get new pump for it but I seen them for sale, so I guess so.e just don't work well. For me, Im happy with it, had zero issues until this year it was leaking from pump area. Watched a YouTube video, found the leak, bought gasket repair, no more leak, up and running right now. Also 2nd year, one washer needed replacement, the heat is hard on them then turning off, they shrivel. I used one from the garden hose and it's still good to go, better than the original! Definitely won't fit 6 people, maybe kids. Who wants 6 ppl in their hot tub anyway? Not me. My wife, me and son use it quite often over the years, Id say it's comfortable for 3 adults at most! If you get too hot, the sides are very solid to sit on. I have it under a 12x14 shelter so it doesn't get rained on. I paid 1200.00 for it, I didn't want to spend big $$. So I think it was a good buy, hope it lasts a while. If pump goes I'll replace. The leak was disappointing to see but anyway Im much more familiar with the unit, it was pretty easy to take apart and fix, star screw driver to take apart and reassemble. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy, lots of bad reviews, I really enjoy mine.

Troisième été et perte d'air par les 2 plaques qui sont vissés dans le bassin eau et bas. Problème qui semble connu car plein de vidéo sur YouTube. Remisé dans un endroit chauffé mais malgré cela tentative homemade pour scellé selon les vidéo car aucun service après-vente et pièces non disponible. 2 étoiles car quand il a fonctionné ça allait bien,
