For the best finish, you will want to ensure that you are holding the Painter's Touch 2X Spray Paint can upright 10-16" from the surface and spraying in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. A: Hi an an artist this was used on granite stone (curling rock). Paint is not water based. Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Paint + Primer Spray Paint: All-purpose oil-based spray enamel paint. For use on wood, metal, wicker and crafts. Primer spray paint has a durable finish.

A: Good question Hector! Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint is designed for application on wood, metal, most plastic, wicker and more. We would not recommend Painter's Touch be applied on clothing since this is a very flexible surface which means the paint could crack and peel when dry. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 6
