I have used for: Roof repair; Foundation protection; ; Between edges of landscape fabric underlay used to prevent weeds and other vegetation growing up in areas it is unwanted; also helps keep pests (rodents) out of outside buildings as it deters them

Q: What is the temperature range that this product can be used?

A: Hi, Great question! Apply when air and surface temperatures are above 4ºC (40ºF) and the relative humidity is below 85%. Apply using a brush, roller or trowel. Apply to the area in need of repair. Reinforce with Rust-Oleum Universal patching Fabric and fully cover the reinforcement with a second layer of Roof Repair All Season. In case of an emergency leak repairs, the mastic may be applied to damp and wet surfaces.

A: Hi tFenn, Our LeakSeal Roof Repair can be applied using a brush, roller or trowel. Apply to the area in need of repair. Reinforce with Rust-Oleum Universal patching Fabric and fully cover the reinforcement with a second layer of Roof Repair All Season. In case of an emergency leak repairs, the mastic may be applied to damp and wet surfaces. Dry time depends on the environmental conditions and application thickness. The surface is ready for normal use after 24 hours and fully cured after 7 days. One 300 mL container of Roof Repair All Season will cover 0.09 m2 (0.95 square feet) when applied at 38 mm (⅛”) thick in a single layer. Brush Grade product will cover 25-30 cm / 3.78 L (10 to 12 ft2/gal) in a single layer approximately 3 mm (1/8”) thickness. A 3-course application of mastic, fabric, reinforcement, mastic will reduce the coverage in half.
