The rug has been on the floor for 10 days and it’s still not laying flat. I can’t get rid of the creases caused by the way it was folded in the packaging.

Great except for one thing…

Bought this rug for our patio entrance as we often come in from the garden with muddy shoes, and the four-footed family members tend to like to vomit on carpet. So far it’s working out well, have washed numerous times now and almost all the stains have come out (probably too much to expect oil to come out without some extra form of pre-treatment). My one complaint is that the creases from the packaging do not come out. Purchased this rug fall 2022 and the creases from the way the rug was folded in the product packaging are still highly visible. It’s a small thing but still kinda annoying. Wish they could sell as a rolled carpet versus folded but I know that takes up more space to transport which costs more money, so probably won’t happen. TLDR: If you don’t mind permanent visible creases it’s a functional rug that washes well and didn’t cost as much as some other brands.
