Defective Reindeer

Went to pick up an item was broken. Customer Service said it still works sometimes but we decided a 5 year would not understand that his new toy might or might work. Received credit and did not buy.

Button is hard to find.

Super cute product so I bought two.
It only works on flooring. I tried it on a thin flat rug and it was not able to walk forward.
Plus the button on the foot is hard to find on both of them. But the kids aged 3 & 4 managed to figure it out.
