Super Cute! But snow sticks.

Bought this for my 2 nieces (2 and 6 years old) who absolutely love it!
I think it's a super cute snow globe that sings and is plastic, which is great because I remember being a kid and wanting to play with all the pretty snow globes, but they're fragile.
I am disappointed with the snow though - since it is styrofoam and the globe is plastic, it retains a lot of static electricity which causes the foam snow to stick to the sides of the globe rather than blow around. I tried researching online for a solution to this, but no luck.
