Great bottle. Simple and tough.

I have had a pair of these bottles for years. I keep one next to my bed so I do not have to get up at night when thirsty, the other is washed and in the cupboard ready for action when the one on the nightstand needs a wash. Recently, I decided to replace them both because of lingering mildew odor, staining, and age (they still don't leak). Shopped everywhere for something similar, but other bottles are either too expensive, too complex, or too gimmicky. I had owned these Rubbermaid bottles for so long I assumed they would have been long since discontinued. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they still in production, they HADN'T CHANGED! Woohoo! Ordered a pack of four!

I have a rotation of these in my frig., 12 of them, carry one in lunch box everyday and love them. I have owed for years, and I am thinking the oldest ones could be 10 years. I only fill with water, and use a bottle brush and vinegar on the occasion I have many to clean. They only leak when i didn't snap lid closed tight. I haven't bought bottled water in years ! Thanks

My favorite bottle/useful bottle

Chug Bottles by Rubbermaid is my favorite plastic bottle, I've two of them and I've used them for 3 years now for drinking water mainly and without any issues. Still look new. In the past 10 years I've tried almost twenty brands out there and for me Rubbermaid remain the best to all of them. I wish they made them in 48 Oz or 64 Oz format size. I've dropped it a few times on the ground and did not break. I tied a small cord around the cap to hold it when I walk. It's very easy to clean. I recommend this bottle to anyone I know. Thank you for making such a great product.
