I ordered 8 rims online (4 x 15" and 4 x 17") and picked them up on October 20, 2025. All 8 rims look used and not brand new, and none were wrapped in protection wrap. I gave a Google review about it. The owner responded, "Hi there, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will share this with the appropriate team so they can look into it. Thank you, Corporate Customer Experience Team." I'm unsure what the owner meant by "look into it". It's been a few days, and I haven't heard back from anyone.

Q: I selected a makpek , direct fit, steel rim fir a 2022 tpoyota Rav4 XLE and the specifications indicate hubcentric. It indicates 66.1 mm centre hole. Toyota Rav4's have a 60.1 centre hole. Is your specification correct ? It also indicates no centering req

A: CTC eventually used 60.1 centre hole rims when they installed my winter tires after I spoke to the service technician on site, luckily they have it in stock. Originally they used the 66.1 lug centric rims with no hub rings. I don't know what the stock number is for the hub centric 60.1 rim.
