Faulty bottle dangerous leak

The bottle leaks its poison on my hand and I am taking it back. I called the manager and we agreed it would be returned. The bottle is faulty.

Mature weeds, dormant weeds, or weeds hardened due to moisture stress tend to be more tolerant to weed control. For best results, spray uniformly and thoroughly to wet unwanted foliage. It is necessary to completely cover the plant. If daytime high temperatures are below 15°C (60°F), weed control will be delayed.
