This Roots & Harvest Electric Bath Canner is a versatile kitchen appliance. More energy-efficient and versatile than a stovetop hot water bath canner, this multi-cooker can also be used to boil water for pasta, corn on the cob and seafood. Use it to dispense coffee, cider, cocoa and other hot beverages too. Temperature adjusts from 120° to 212° F (boil)/49° to 100° C, and an indicator light shows when set temperature is reached. Includes one-piece stainless steel pot with plug-in base, glass lid and removable canning rack.

I absolutely love my electric water bath canner. It makes canning so much easier.

Performance Plus

I purchased this on a whim and I'm sure glad I did. So easy to use and it was slightly larger than my old canner so I was able to get an extra quart in. Love that it didn't heat up my kitchen and it kept an nice slow boil the entire time.

No regrets

I’ve used it a few times now and it’s been great. No leaks like others have mentioned. I did check to make sure the spout was tight. Slightly bigger than my stovetop canning pot so I can fit an extra jar. Very straight forward to use and I love that I can set it on a low table (easier to lift jars in and out) in my sunroom and not worry about heating up my kitchen on a hot day.

Too Tall for a Counter

This unit is ok if you are tall. I'm 5' 2" and when it's on my counter I can't reach in to the pot without touching my arm on the side of it. I haven't used it and am returning it for that reason.
