Great for Delivering Power to Multiple Light Strings when Wrapping Trees with Lights

Needed a solution for being able to power 4 sets of mini lights around a tree trunk and its branches. I ran one power cord to the base of the tree, plugged in the power ring and was able to power four sets of lights and run another extension to a second tree and power another 4 sets of lights.

This product arc'd and started a fire. It ruined our outdoor lights that were plugged into it and when i pulled the plugs out of the charred remains of the ring in arc'd again and nearly burnt my face off.

No, I do not recommend this product.
