Product is dangerous

I was not aware the product was recalled. We had a horrible accident at my son's Birthday party. The trolly malfunctioned and we had a kid have a dangerous fall with serious injuries. Trolly is made of plastic and simply exploded apart when it hit the break.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Fun! Written install instructions are deceiving.

Who doesn't love ziplines? They're great! and this one is no exception. The written installation instructions are horrible, just look at the drawing and you'll get it from there.

Absolutely amazing product! Easy to install, clear directions for setup. Everything is well labeled and marked. Staff was well versed in knowing about the small kinks and issues associated with this type of product. Took time to explain everything before purchase!
