I tried it and took it back.The light is too dim,size too small.Silver looked cheap,plastic.

I wish I had read the reviews on Amazon before wasting my time buying this item. The mirror looks rather nice...that's it. The light is no better than a candle and with it turned on it makes it even harder to see anything in the tiny mirror. I took it back and got a refund.

Q: Brightness What is the bulb wattage on this mirror, and what type of bulb does it take ? Is there an off-switch on the base? Where can I find one of these mirrors? Thanks.

1 Answer

A: It is a 120V 15W bulb. To replace the bulb, unscrew the 2 screws on each side of the mirror. Once removed, take the mirror a part and replace 1 or both bulbs. Yes, there is a on and off switch on the base of the mirror. This mirror is battery operated, so check to see if they need to be repalced also. As to where you can find 1 of these mirrors, any hardware stores including CTC should have them.
