Worked until I flew with it and now can't get it off the bag. I had to plier open the bag zipper to retrieve contents.

Good but Heavy

We've had this lock for years now and it is still in great condition. It was easy to set using the instructions included and I like the fact that it has 4 digits instead of the usual 3 for added security. The only thing I don't like about this one is that it is heavy.
