Q: Is this model going out of stock? I wrote to Bissell and they said yes. Thier new model isn't as good as this one. I use this canister for work and its the best one out there. If it is no longer being manufactured that means filters will be discontinued too. They need the hepa filter or they will burn out. Very frustrated as new isn't always better. Thanks Joanne

A: The vacuum unit itself is still ACTIVE in our database, both at Corp and our Canadian Tire stores. The HEPA Filter is still active as well and should be available in store within the vacuum accessory section of the vacuum aisle. Should the customer not see it in aisle they can speak with one of our associates and request they special order it to the store.
