Very limited uses

14 years ago

The blades will cut any kind of wood, from softwood to plywood to hardwoods. They make quick work of plywood but can't cut through 2x4 on a single pass because the blades are too small. You have to make a second cut on the back side to finish the cut. The blades deal with nails easily. They can also cut soft metals (copper, aluminum, steel) as advertised, but it's limited to 1/16th inch or less sheet metal. Otherwise overheating is a problem. The blades work well, but they are for a very specialized tool and very expensive for what you get.
