A: Check the date code on the product first, as we have 2 versions for this product. If the date code is 18XXX, the product is capacitor version, while if the date code is 17XXX or before 17, it is recharge battery version.

A: To transfer files between the dash camera memory card and your computer: Option 1: Take the MicroSD memory card out of the camera and use a card adaptor to transfer files to your computer. Option 2: Connect the camera with computer with the provided USB cable, and you will see a new storage device in your laptop. To transfer videos, simply drag-and-drop files from the folder of the camera to the local driver of your computer. WARNING! To prevent data loss, always follow the proper removal procedures when disconnecting the dash camera from your computer.
